Our customer service team develops and provides a standard suite of reports for each customer’s specific business needs, with the capability to develop and provide customized reports to support changing business requirements or special projects.
Dedicated customer account teams are provided for each of our customer’s business lines. Our Customer Service Representatives and our project management team meet weekly, bi-weekly or as requested, to support our customers with real-time order and shipping status, continuous process improvement, emergency order expediting and prioritization of customers’ requests.
